Morning last minute decision to go find Shirleen at Raffles City for lunch to celebrate her birthday. But after letting Ryan knew about it, he wanted to tag along as well. Hahas~
Thus, i got a free ride to and back to the office. ;)
Ryan at 1st suggested Japanese Cuisine. In the end, he changed to Cafe Cartel. -_-"
We chose to sit outside as we rather bear the heat then making ourselves smelly if seated inside. Moreover, we were wearing long sleeves collar button shirt.
But, it seemed like the sun loves us!! Kept following us no matter where we changed our seats to.. In total we changed seats 3 times outside!!
In the end, we decided to shift inside instead, which is the 4th time of seat changing.. Their service simply sucks as i remembered the last time i went to J8 outlet. Got to carry our food ourselves when moving tables.. Boo!!
And!! Their Lunch Set Meal are damn disgusting!! The Drinks were diluted, Baked Rice super hard, it just smelled like Dog Food.. I think the Bread with Butter and Soup was the best of all!! =(
As for the Dessert, they were refering to a packet of 3 mini balls of Icecream coated with Chocolate.. Damn cheapskate right!? =S
Wanted to upload the pictures of food but it looked so ugly and i decided to change my mind. As for people, we were so hot and messy after the lunch.. >.<
Trust me, i will never ever step into Cafe Cartel ever again. Promise*
